"The Palm Village" is a mini is township in 25 acres incorporating studio apartments, high rise (two, two bed plus study and three bed room) apartments, a bustling club house offering an array of recreational activities.
The Palm Village project is divided in to five clusters. The centre cluster of Palm Village houses are the studio apartments, the clubhouse, swimming pool and the central recreational green. The remaining four residential clusters of Palm Village are arranged around the central cluster having variable height according to Vaastu. Each cluster houses two bed, two bed plus study and three bed room flats in nine blocks. In each cluster around 65% of the flats are kept facing the green lawns. Road have being provided all around to provide maximum car parking. The clusters have been designed with stilts and separate building has being proposed for multilevel parking to avoid the construction of basement. The entire area of IITL Nimbus Palm Village is designed in five clusters, to complete the project in phases.
